Help I Think I May Be Being Hacked!

Lately when i am on the computer i have the screen shake every so often. Its realy strange like when you go to alter the screen and degauss. The screen shrinks, shakes and then returns to normal. I have nortan security center loaded onto my pc and the firewall is working.

Plz can anyone help because i am a bit worried.
