Hi -
I'm running W/XP SP3 and use T/bird for e-mail.
Months ago, when I opened the T/Bird window, I'd get an immediate request for my p/word, whether I was online or not. I could not pass Go without it.
Now, the prog opens without p/word request until I hit Get Mail. Offline, I can easily open all existing mail/folders.
How do I secure the prog from casual observers?

TIA

Here's the Thunderbird support page which might help.

Hi -
Tks for the input. I had an initial look without success, but perhaps more detailed study may benefit.
