System Tray Issue

After my computer recovers from sleeping sometimes an icon or two will be missing from my system tray, as of now it's skype sometimes its evga precision. Anyone know how to fix this, whenever I minimize it doesnt show in the tray.

Windows 7 has a small up arrow around the system tray If you click the up arrow you will see icons when you click Customize it will list all of the show able icons and you can show or hide them

I'm not a novice PC user =/ I already have all tray icons to display at all times, The icon dissapears totally the program does not close but their is no icon in taskbar or tray.

Run powercfg /hibernate off from a command prompt to disable hibernate. This won't affect Sleep mode.

How much memory is in the system and is it an x86 machine or 64-bit?
