Computer has a blue screen and says something about memory dump. I think it's a possible virus but it won't let me download anything. I can sign on AOL to check email but it won't let me go on the internet so I can't download any updates or stuff to help fix my computer. Any suggestions??? By the way I am online at work and that is how I am on the internet now.

(Moderator edit: thread moved to more appropriate forum. jgweed)

Hello shelia and welcome to BC.

If you could tell us what your operating system is (XP?) I can move your topic to a more appropriate forum where you are more likely to receive help. Also, if you can tell us exactly it says on the blue screen we may be able to more easily diagnose this problem.
