Each time I try to open a program, windows alerts me that C:\Windows\system32\DCIMAN32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Click on startmenu and type

Right click on it and select run as administrator and run this command

sfc /scannow

Allow it to complete.Restart your PC and see if that replaces the corrupt DLL.
Sometimes windows doesnt accept even the back up copies. In those cases try system restore in safemode.

good luck
