When my pc is connected to my router i cannot access any files in windows explorer. If I try to open up any folder or open up my computer on my desktop I get an error saying "explorer.exe- application error- The instruction at "0x7736c5f7" referenced memory at "0x20e16972". The memory could not be read. Now when I restart my computer and disconnecting my computer to my router I am able to access my files but when i immediately connect my pc to my router I get the error again. Also I have swapped out my ram sticks for new ones, and I also ran spy bot search and destroy and anti malwarebytes
