My USB stopped working. I have a dell 8500 with 2 usb 2.0 ports running win xp pro (+sp2). The
device manager lists the intel 82801DB/DBM usb 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller -
24CD. I tried uninstalling the Enhanced and Universal Host controllers and
rebooting, it did not help. They do not detect anything (ipods, printers etc.). I've also tried updating the drivers but no hope. Does anyone have any suggestions?
