Yes, I am an idiot! I downloaded Win-Spy keylogger on the 9th and it has been going crazy ever since! At first my desktop went black, lost almost all of my icons and start menu, it disabled my McAfee, task manager, chkdsk and system restore. I started it in safe mode, ran scan after scan until nothing came back and unhid everything. Thinking I was good to go I decided to to a system restore taking it back to before the 9th. Well, I thought wrong! Can't restore, can't back up and can't get rid of that darn thing! I finally found the task manager and believe the evil process is winapp32* VGAHID SERVICES...it starts by itself and takes up anywhere from 50% - 90% of the CPU, which causes the computer to run real slow, freeze or just shut down...I've been hitting 'end process' but it always comes back. Oh...and I think it has been turning on my mic and webcam...yep, my webcam!! Now that's freaking me out a bit. Anyway, I have been trying to fix this for days, unfortunately I not only lack good download sense, I also lack great computer skills! So I am throwing in the towel, or should I say mouse, and praying one of y'all will be able to help me. I thank you in advance and look forward to hearing back from...someone! lol

Try booting the computer in Safe mode and installing malwarebytes. Do a full scan and that should find it.
