My Windows Vista 32bit computer has pretty much recovered from the smart HDD virus - only one annoyance that I know of which is: numerous folders in my Picture and Document folders still have the check under Hidden. I did change my folder viewing option to show all hidden folders, but it would be nice to just remove that check from hidden. Since I can still see them it's really just an annoyance and it's kind of a time waster to go to each individual file property to change it to remove the selection from hidden. Is there a quick fix that would only do that? or do I just need to live with the annoyance and be grateful the more critical issues were resolved.

I ran the unhide.exe (one of the steps in the removal of the smart HDD virus. Since I had already pretty much recovered I did not process the other steps, just the unhide.exe. The hide selection is no longer entered on my files and folders. That was easy...
