i just came back from a 1 month vacation(so this virus would be like 1 month old)
i just installed malware bytes and avira and so i did a scan.
they both found qiea.exe(sality) which i have found on Drive C itself.(no folders, not hidden)
i think it have infected some of the .exe avira found 100+(which are my software itself)
gom.exe(media player) itself is needed to be repaired.
so what do i do now?

Hello,We need a deeper look. Sality is dangerous and you want it all off.
Please go here....Preparation Guide ,do steps 6-9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
If GMER won't run skip it and move on.

Let me know if that went well.
