Hi - I'm a fairly new computer owner. Have an HP and have Windows XP. Have had this one for two and a half years, and am considering a new one since this one has had recent problems that have not been resolved, despite four visits to the Geek Squad. Its still a problem, and I'm about to take it in for the fifth time. This is getting really old. I am going to post on the XP board to try to get suggestions on what to get next. Anyway, I hope to find something very reliable for home use. Thanks for letting me in on your group!
