Hi Y'all!

I have been using windows 7 for about 1 month now, up from XP.
There are a few issues I do not like but I am trying to cope with them.

I would like to be able to move a window without it automatically resizing to full screen mode.
What happens is: if I grab a window (at top bar) with mouse and pull it to top of screen and the mouse touches the upper limit of my screen, the window gets resized to full screen mode. How do I stop this from happening? Can I turn this off somewhere?
