Whenever I search for websites through either Yahoo or Google I am constantly redirected to some other rogue website. Also if I leave my browser on unattended I can often return and find dozens of these rogue sites have opened on their own. I obviously have a virus embedded in my computer and I have tried a variety of malware scans to try and eliminate it but without success. I am at my wits end trying to purge my computer of this malicious virus. Any ideas would be most helpful. By the way I have tried downloading the latest version of Malwarebytes but I keep getting an access denied warning.
