I have a Dell desk top pc that is only one year old. The problem I am having is that I can only boot up windows ( xp home addition) in safe mode. If I try to boot up normally it just continues to try and nothing else will happen. I have no idea what is going on or what has caused it. I have already tried to set the computer back in time hoping this would eliminate the problem but it did no good. If anyone has ever seen this and can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Once in Safe Mode, check your Event Viewer for error messages. Then, let us know what you find. Here's a link on how to use the Event Viewer: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/40108/how-to-use-event-viewer/
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
