Well if you do Have Kaspersky Pure (which has a firewall) I would disable windows firewall and windows defender.
If you have Malwarebytes Pro (Full) then yes enable its protection.

Hi -
Please always list the version of Windows installed (XP / Vista / Win7)
Note: Windows Defender is only installed as part of MSE now and not as an idvidual program -
Is there Any type of Firewall included with your Kaspersky Pure ??
This is Kaspersky Support version of how to add exclusions -
I generally just recommend excluding mbam.exe, mbamservice.exe and mbamgui.exe for Malwarebytes Pro Version (Free version of Malwarebytes may not need these to be added) -
Please post back if you need any more help

Thank you
Edited to check link -

Not true, Windows Defender can be installed as an indvidual Program without MSE as I have WD on my PC without MSE.

Sorry -
I meant to say that Defender is included with installs of MSE now -

Thanks for the pick up -

Q: Is Microsoft Security Essentials designed to replace Windows Defender?
A: No but if you are running Microsoft Security Essentials, you do not need to run Windows Defender. Microsoft Security Essentials is designed to disable Windows Defender in order to manage the PC’s real-time protection, including anti-virus, rootkits, Trojans and spyware.
This is what I meant to say in my reply -
Also with Kaspersky Pure running, I would not even look for it -
