I was looking for a free Mahjong game and came across Gaming Wonderland. WOT showed a green circle on the search results. I picked a game from the selections, played for a while and decided to download it. During the download I unchecked the option to add a search bar for the site. It looked like everything was OK until the next time I logged on.

I have an extra search bar. The option to uninstall instructs to go to Control Panel and choose Gaming Wonderland for the uninstall. However, this program does not show up anywhere I know to look. Please help. I don't want anything on my computer that hides from uninstalling.

Under Computer, the folder Program Files (x86) are two files: gtres.dll and gtUninstall Gamingwonderland.dll both dated 4/14/12 which is when I downloaded the game. Can I just delete these files? Or will that damage my computer.

Would appreciate any help anyone can give me. Thank you.

Just do two things

Reset your browser

Download

http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4716-malwarebytes-anti-malware.html

Install, update and run a full scan

Click on SHOW results.Select all infections and remove it

Reboot the PC and scan MBAM once in regular mode until you get a clean log

Malwarebytes should find my websearch
