OK I need help
I have a magicjack running on windows xp service pack 3
I have used this magicjack for over 2 years with no problem
and then yesterday it stopped working with the telephone
however it will work from the computer with mic and speakers
magicjack will not let me change the setting from headset to telephone.
when I look under device manager I see the tigerjet hard disk under disk drivers
but when I look under device manager /sounds,video and game controllers I do not
see (tiger jet cd-rom usb device) ? Hear is the strange part when I look under
control panel / sounds and audio devices /hardware tab I see (tiger jet cd-rom usb device)
Why is tiger jet cd-rom usb device not posting to device manager /sounds and audio devices ?
