FOUND A LADY ON A WEBSITE WHO TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AND IT WORKED---PERFECTLY---TURN COMPUTER OFF---TURN ON---PRESS F8 A LOT OF TIMES---THEN GO TO SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING..ENTER...THEN WHEN THE NEXT COMMAND APPEARS HIT RESTORE TO AN EARLIER DATE(USE DATE BEFORE PROBLEM STARTED)--I USED 4/12/12...REBOOT COMPUTER COMPUTER AND IT WILL APPEAR NORMAL AGAIN---THEN RUN YOUR OWN ANTI-VIRUS--IT MAY DETECT VIRUS AND IT MAY NOT------IF DOES GET RID OF IT---IF YOUR ICONS DO NOT APPEAR BACK ON YOUR COMPUTER (LUCKILY MINE DID)---THEN IN YOUR RUN BOX TYPE IN "UNHIDE.EXE"---AFTERWARDS RUN A DEEP ANTI VIRUS SCAN-----------------AS I SAID I WAS LUCKY I DID NOT HAVE TO RUN "UNHIDE.EXE"..........GOOD LUCK--RR FROM NYC
