Hello. I have a big problem! My laptop keeps freezing at the logon screen. As soon as I select my username it crashes. It has also come up with two errors so far:

1. User Profile Service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.

2. windows\system32\werfault.exe is corrupt

and it is doing numerous chkdsk's

I have searched google for literally hours for an answer! (and found this forum along the way). Please help me! I have exams coming up and all my work is on there
