SMART HDD Malware-Can't Remove

Have attempted to follow removal guide for SMART HDD malware. In safe mode with networking. Ran Rkill and TDSKiller as directed in guide. When installing Malwarebytes - installation fails at the end with "Access Denied". Ran Malwarebytes Chameleon - still unable to install Malwarebytes.

I have attached the DDS and Attach logs as requested. Have not run GMER as OS is 64 bit Windows 7.

UPDATE - I found thread that suggested using UNHIDE to resolve "Access Denied" problem. I downloaded UNHIDE and ran - success - MBAM installed and updated and is currently runniing a full scan. Thread can be closed - I will repost if the steps in the SMART HDD removal guide don't fix everything.
