Two things come to mind and I don't own an iphone.

1. Your USB cable to your computer.

2. https://www.dropbox.com/iphoneapp

Hello, don't worry. I often scan something about iPhone. I know there are many ways to help you to transfer photos from iPhone to PC. You can search from the Internet for some third party apps to help you.

If you feel trouble to search the Internet, I recommend you to find iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer. It helps me a lot.

Hope it can help you.

find a thread on Apple that may help you:

https://discussions.apple.com/message/24843255#24843255

You can also follow the steps below:

- Connect your iPhone with computer using data cable.
- Open Device Manager and find your device.
- Right click on it and select uninstall.
- Wait a moment to refresh it.
- Unplug your iPhone from computer and plug it again.
- Windows will reinstall its drivers.
