Getting rid of "Welcome To nginx".

Here's the logfile guys, which are the baddies! Got this from HijackThis & it told me to come here. Which files do I delete? Cheers :huh:
If I'm being stupid and there's a better way to get rid of it please tell me :mellow:

Removed HJT log, since there is no indication that the stated message has anything to do with malware.
