My computer first started with unexpectantly turning off if it was on hibernation for a long time or wouldn't get out of hibernation. And when it would turn back on it, it would put me into the safe mode menu and then there would be a window that popped up that stated: unexpected turnoff possible bluescreen. I didn't really think much of it because my battery couldn't be snapped in all the way at that time because my son dropped my laptop. Then this problem turned into restarting by itself. Then to restarted and would load up to the screen before the login and then restart and do this continuously. I can get into the start menus but not put it in safe mode. I did a MBAM scan. is my computer fixable? Thank you in advance.

Hello and sorry for the delay.

We Need to Diagnose Your BlueScreen
  • When you boot your machine, press F8 to list the startup options, exactly as you would if you were trying to enter Safe Mode
  • Select "Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure", as shown here:

  • When your system BSODs, write down the STOP error code, as well as any written out error message back here. The STOP error will always appear, but the message may not. You are looking for this:

Please post me the error(s).

regards, Elise
