completely shut out by virus

Hello, sorry if ive jumped the gun, but my laptop is badly infected, when i start up win xp loads, but then i cant get on the internet, also no anti virus program will open. i am sending this from another pc, there are so many errors coming up i can't get them all down. will it be a complete reload for me. thanks in advance gunner

You should be either infected by SMART HDD or system check rogue

Boot the PC into safemode with networking and follow the guide here


Copy the tools to the infected PC if you're not able to download them
