Hi all

I am doing a spreadsheet to be used in an upcoming table quiz.

Here is the format I am using, based on a previously attended quiz:

TABLE ROUND 1 ROUND 2 ROUND 3 ROUND 4 ROUND 5 ROUND 6 ROUND 7 ROUND 8 ROUND 9 ROUND 10 TOTAL
TABLE 1
TABLE 2
TABLE 3
TABLE 4
TABLE 5
TABLE 6
TABLE 7
TABLE 8
TABLE 10

I'd like to display the top 3 teams prominently.

Does anyone know how to a formula function in excel that let you highlight the 3 highest values in a column?
Or how to make the top 3 values appear in colour or with a nice border around them?

Hi

Select the cells in the column. Go to CONDITIONAL FORMATTING select TOP/BOTTOM RULES select TOP 10 and in there you will see an option to change it from top 10 to top 3 and also the option to select how to color the text and cells for the top 3.

Let me know if you need more details :)

James
