unexpected shutdown

hello again, i havent been here for a while (which is a good thing, it means my computers been running good...lol ) im not sure what specs of my computer you need. but i will tell you my problem :D. ok my laptop was closed (and on) but when i went to open it, i noticed for some reason my laptop shut down on its own, so i turned it on (and no my battery didnt die :P) but after i turned it on i got this message

i have no clue if this is something to worry about. my laptop is just over 6 months old. i havent changed any software. i havent downloaded anything new recently(just updates). it has only happened once but im worried its hardware problem or something. i appreciate your help and thank you in advance.
