It only shows: Registry Values Detected: 1 HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce|GrpConv (Trojan.Agent.Gen) -> Data: grpconv -o -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. if I boot in safe mode and run rkill then scan. I've ran tdsskiller no hits. If I suspect a problem this place taught me safe mode, rkill, malwarebytes, superantispyware. I've destroyed operating systems trying to clean them. I have the recovery disks for this one, but the computer is working great other than: Registry Values Detected: 1 HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce|GrpConv (Trojan.Agent.Gen) -> Data: grpconv -o -> Quarantined and deleted successfully safe mode w/rkill. Should I be worried? It keeps showing back up after I reboot and scan again.

Hi,

This isn't a fake detection though. Most probably, you have an additional program running in the background (for example Teatimer or Windows defender) which intercepts removals of registry keys and blocks its removal/restores it again.
Can you post a HijackThis log so I can have a better view?

Hi,

Can you update Malwarebytes and rescan please? Because this indeed looks like a false positive and detection has been fixed/adjusted now. Normally, Malwarebytes shouldn't detect anymore.
This one provides the translation of groups and group items to folders and link. The reason why it always comes back is because another program creates that key everytime. Anyway, nothing to worry here, this is no malware :)
