i did the hijack this scan how do i post the results and get guidance as to what to delete

Hi sexyrat

Run HijackThis. Press the Scan button, then Save Log.
Notepad will open.

In Notepad click
Edit menu --> Select All
then
Edit menu --> Copy

Follow this link and open a new topic:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/

Name it "sexyrat - swapx" or something like that.

Right click in the message area and click on the paste option to paste the log into the post.
