I got a virus the other day on my pc i thought.
The only thing i could get on my pc was a program named smart HDD
and when ever i tried to open any file every thing said empty.
So of course not being very computer smart i bought the program
and when i downloaded it,well everything came back. I was crazy
mad asked them why after i down loaded their program my pc came back to life?
Of course they spoke not good english which did not help,i asked why if i got a virus
was it their program only thing i got on my pc. The answer was well all kinds
of programs are connected to internet they was jst the first one to get to me.
Anyway after getting angry asking to talk to surprvisore he refused put me on hold.
Then my pc started going going to blue screen and shutting off by its self and all kinds of crap.
And now all things are back except my windows 7,i call them back tell them about this and they are
telling me my windows is gone and i have to take my pc in to a teck and have it installed and have my
pc fixed. This was not good their program was to stop virus and now they tell me i have one omg.
So my problem is how do i get my windows fixed if i cant get on my pc? I hope you all can understand my rambling.

Hello and welcome.. call your credit card company and stop patment as this is a fraud.

Please follow our Removal Guide here Remove Smart HDD .
After reading how the malware is misleading you ...
You will move to the Automated Removal Instructions

After you completed that, post your scan log here, let me know how things are.
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.

Also the other tool log.. A log file named TDSSKiller_version_date_time_log.txt (i.e. TDSSKiller. will be created and saved to the root directory (usually Local Disk C:).
Copy and paste the contents of that file in your next reply.
