I would try doing a system restore to see if that fixed the problem. Just choose a restore point that was before the uninstall.

Please download Farbar Service Scanner (FSS) and run it on the computer with the issue.
  • Make sure the following options are checked:
    • Internet Services
    • Windows Firewall
    • System Restore
    • Security Center/Action Center
    • Windows Update
    • Windows Defender
  • Press "Scan".
  • It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
  • Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

Please FIRST follow the directions left by Broni -

You can see if spyware doctor is still installed by looking via Control Panel >> Programs and Features -
If it is still listed you can (should) remove/delete it from there -

Regards -

Are we talking here about legit Spyware Doctor program or some fake one (infection)?
I'm asking because you have number of registry keys missing, which would indicate that there is/was some infection involved.

Don't bother with all the scans...your problem most likely is just in left over files and registry keys. Make sure there are no remains of any "PC Doctor" folders on your C:/ drive, and also delete the folder from your registry. Restart, and lemme know if that helps.

As I said registry keys don't go missing for no reason but it's surely your computer so it'd be up to you if you post those logs or not.

"Localhost is blocked." line indicates possible rootkit infection.
