I have a HP laptop which keeps freezing and i constantly get a sign which says 'Not Responding'. I have typed in 'config' and closed down all start up programs except Microsoft programs and i have downloaded and run Malwarebyte Anti Malware but the problem keeps coming back. For some reason the virus keeps freezing web pages and blocking me getting into my email account and starting up the laptop takes roughly 15 minutes!!!!

Any advice will be more than appreciated as this issue is driving me crazy!!!!

Thanks in Advance.
