After chkdsk runs a message with an unrecoverable problem appears

Ok I run ntfsfix /dev/sda2 and here is what I have

Mounting volume... Failed to read hiberfil.sys: Input/output error.
FAILED
Attempting to correct errors...


Failed to read hiberfil.sys: Input/output error.
Remount failed: Input/output error


I restart the computer it shows the same message

Windows could not start....
loead needed DLLs for kernel.


So now I started the Xp recovery console to check with chkdsk /p

Well after all the chkdsk /p and /r resulted in the same missing some kernell DLL's. So here I am waiting for the worst. But the good thing is I recover most of my files.
What do you recommend next?
