Computer make and model: custom build desktop, two Dell laptops (all Windows 7)
-Desktop connected via ethernet cord plugged into the router. Internet works great.
-Laptops connect wirelessly, they receive the wireless signal, but refuse to connect to the Internet.
Router make and model: Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router, Model No.: WRT54G v2.2
One laptop is located in the same room, the other laptop is located across the house. A non-issue.

Are you plugged into the router or directly into the modem? That IP address looks allot like the one Time Warner assigns. I traced a ping all the way to your PC. Did you enable port forwarding? The reason the other computers can't connect to the internet is because all the traffic is forwarded to your PC. Your basically defeating the purpose of the router.

Ok I never recall having to enable anything in the past. I would simply create a wireless network for laptops in the house to use. My desktop is plugged into the router but this hasn't been an issue until recently.

How do I enable port forwarding?

Sneakycyber is right. This computer that you've used looks like it is directly connected through the cable to your modem from your internet provider. Meaning you bypassed your router.

The router is sending out a wireless signal so it's obvious that the wireless adapter, built into your system, gets an IP address assigned by your router, but if the router is not connected to your modem, how it is going to communicate to the outside world? ;-)

Confirm your setup is like followed:

MODEM FROM ISP -> Cable from MODEM to WAN port on your ROUTER -> If applicable: WIRED computers connected to the LAN port on your ROUTER.

It is set up accordingly. My modem from ISP is connected to the router. My desktop is connected to the router through its four port switch. This has worked in the past. The desktop is NOT directly connected to the modem like you guys are saying.
