I cannot boot Windows 7 after Norton Internet AntiVirus removed some viruses and instructed me to delete manually a file from c:\windows\system32 (a file something like *srv.dll, as far as I remember, can I find any Norton AV logs related to this?).
The error is:
c0000135 The program can't start because %hs is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
Anyways, I followed the steps on this other thread:
I installed Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64
and I obtained the log file FRST.txt which I am attaching here.
