EMAIL FILTER NEEDED

hi

can anyone recommend an email filter I am getting aprox 150 emails a day most of them crap [if i needed a bigger willy or viagra i woudnt mind] my net provider dosnt have any filters i can use [unlike hot mail] any info would be great

Are you accessing your mail via the web or using a mail client like outlook express or outlook?

go to spampal.org...it can be used with just about any email client. it's very easy to setup and administer.
