Hello

I am using firefox on vista.
I downloaded codec-c on my laptop 3 days ago. I didn't think it worked (so downloaded DivX instead) but I have noticed changes to my laptop. I found funmoods which I've never seen before and deleted it assuming it was the cause of my problems but I'm still having issues. I found codec-c in control panel and tried to uninstall it but nothing happens.

I scanned my laptop using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which at first found 2 items which it removed and I restarted my laptop, but now it says there is no malicious software. I have also scanned with AVG and Ccleaner they all say there is nothing.

Programs are no longer visible on my start menu. If I went online everything was changed to funmoods, I managed to change the search engine to google. But I still cannot use firefox address bar search, I keep getting an error message: 'URL is not valid and cannot be loaded'.

Thank you very much for your time your help will be greatly appreciated
