W32/dialer.bsk Infection

My friend's pc has the above virus . Her a/v program is supplied by blueyonder. It announces the virus and says it will kill at next reboot but it keeps coming back. Any help on this would be good please :thumbsup:

If this is an XP or 2K system have your friend download and scan with Ewido Anti-Malware v3.5
Ewido Install and Scan Instructions

Then perform the following online Virus scans:
[Watch the Address bar in IE. You may receive alerts that "This site might require the following ActiveX control...Click here to install...". Click on that alert and then Click Install ActiveX component]

Trend Micro Housecall Scan for Internet Explorer
Panda ActiveScan
Note: Panda does not remove adware/spyware but will autoclean for viruses & worms.
