I am having a horrible time trying to find a driver for an IBM Infoprint 1410 MFP. I called IBM, they told me to call Ricoh, Ricoh told me they classify it as a Model 4541. I attempted to find the driver using both of those model numbers, but was unable to do so. Anyone know of a good site where I can find this driver to download?

Hi

For example, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=psd1P4000362

Maybe they'd work for win 7.

or is this it?

Thanks

I never even thought about checking compatibility, unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be compatible (even though it does state that it should be with the 64-bit Win7 Pro I have loaded on that PC.)

I checked the older OS driver and it didn't work either. Darn...this printer is really giving me some fits. Unfortunately it is at a remote site, so I am not there to mess with it physically, I just remote in to assist.

But thank you for the response and good idea for future 7 driver issues, I can check there before asking the world.
