Computer info:
Windows Vista
Service Pack 2
32-bit

This is actually a computer in a network for a small business. I'm not sure if the other computers are infected. But here's the situation.

On March 21, 2012, I got on and got a virus. It was a "Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section, United States Department of Justice" fake virus where it wanted me to pay money to unlock my computer. At that time, this computer was unprotected. After the virus, I downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Spybot Search & Destroy, and Avast Anti-Virus, updated them, and scanned the computer. I thought I got rid of it but it came back with a vengeance and now this computer is slower than ever.

Here are the log files. I appreciate the help!
