What version of McAfee do you have installed ??
Is the Antivirus included with the firewall in a package, or is this just a trial / free version of the program ??
Was McAfee included fron your Internet Provider or did you get it privately ??
Also have you added the exclusions for running Malwarebytes Anti-malware to your McAfee programs ??

Please try to disable
McAfee and then run FSS Scanner
Please download Farbar Service Scanner
and run it on the computer with the issue.
•Make sure the following options are checked:
- Internet Services
- Windows Firewall
- System Restore
- Security Center
•It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
•Please copy and paste the log to your reply.
