I'm new here so I hope I'm posting this right. When I try to play downloaded vids from YouTube it says I need to install Flash Player, I have flash player 11.1 installed, and tried uninstalling & reinstalling 3 times last night, also tried uninstalling & reinstalling real player. other vids play fine, just YouTube vids. They worked when I first downloaded them, but it's been awhile since I've tried watching them, so I don't know when the trouble started. I ran troubleshooting settings, no change, checked firewall and default settings, everything looks right. I'm being told that I'm doing very well with my Lap Top, but I'm self taught with only about a years experience, so please keep that in mind when responding. Thanks in advance. J.L. :scratchhead: :smash: :killcomp:

Did you use the Flash uninstall tool? Using Add/Remove Programs doesn't work.
