Try getting this http://cdgenp01.csd.toshiba.com/content/support/downloads/TC50067500F.exe onto a CD-ROM and try installing it to get the network to work.

Ok installed it. I am in safe mode with networking. The bottom tray shows that I am connected now and explorer opens up right away and shows my home page in the address bar but it's not connecting. And the message I just received was" a problem displaying bleeping computer.com caused Internet Exoplorer to refresh the web page using compatibility view" but still nothing.

You need to change this Ipv4 address......192.169.0.3(preferred) to read the following: Ipv4 address......192.168.0.3(preferred)

Unless that is a typo.

Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  • Flush DNS
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Reset IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • Reset FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
  • List Minidump Files
Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.

Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.

Yes that was a typo and I still can't access the Internet. So I can't download anything. Can I do it on another computer and put it on a memory stick.

Anything else that you predict we my need would be helpful, so I am not running back and forth. I know each problem may be unique but, tools that are usually used. I appologize this is a slow drawn out process and I really appreciate the assistance!
