Is your printer just a printer or an all-in-one type? (i.e. does it have scanner and copier functions
Is the printer connected by a cable
to your computer or are you using a wireless
Have you tried unplugging the printer from the electrical outlet
and then re-connecting it to see if that helps?4.
Did your printer come with an installation disk
If you installed the printer using a CD, have you tried uninstalling the printer then re-installing it
Have you checked the printer queue
to see if there are any print jobs listed or pending?7.
How much color & black ink is currently left in the cartridges?8.
computer and what operating system & service pack
are you using?9.
Are your printer drivers
up to date?
