From apparently out of nowhere, I got a messagee from Spybot - Search & Destroy saying:

Catagory: User-specific browser toolbar
Change: Value added
Entry: ITBar7Layout64
New Data: hex: 13,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,20,(rest of number not visible)

Then it asks if I want to "allow" change or "deny" changes.

First, which is the correct answer and for future reference how do I know which answer to choose?
Second, what is this entry?

I know nothing about these codes.

Appreciate any help.

Try going into IE/Tools/Manage Add-ons...take a look at the toolbars/extensions.

If there is anything you don't want, disable or remove it.

Some webpage or application...installed a toolbar, that's my guess.
