Hi, I just got the System Check Virus yesterday. I let it scan for a bit until I realized it was bogus, now all programs and documents are empty/hidden with a black desktop. I saw that I need to do steps 6-9 in the prep thread, but I'm not sure how. I tried saving DDS and DeFogger to my USB drive from a good computer, but when I try to run the programs on the infected laptop it says the USB drive isn't formatted. Please advise what to do next, thanks!
