Unable to copy file need help

I'm having trouble trying to copy a file into a folder.Every time i try to it say's i need "special permissions",I have went into properties to try a check the box,but it will not let me.I also tried turning off the UAC,but didn't do nothing,can someone please help me figure this out.

Let's try this. Add the "take ownership" option to your context menu. Then take ownership of both the folder to which you are trying to copy the file and the file itself. Now try to copy it. Let us know.
