There are no drivers for your printer available on the Dell Support site.

Hi, good news.

From here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/dell-720-printer-driver-needed-for-windows-7-home/6b2c7cfe-6b0a-47df-8915-e2629ec8aa44

According to RScottEE (and verified by some others) in the following thread, the Vista drivers can be made to work following the procedure given in the link: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/dell-720-printer-windows-7/ab2cec8f-b267-4654-9f5f-9e9a48eac1c0

And here
First run Delete Print Jobs to remove any stuck print job in the queue. http://en.community.dell.com/wikis/printers/manual-printer-driver-removal.aspx

Disconnect the printer.

Download and run the patch(printer cleanup utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.

Restart your computer. Make sure the printer is removed. Manual Printer Driver Removal

Download the Vista 32-bit drivers for Windows 7 32-bit or the Vista 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 64-bit. Install the Vista drivers in the Vista Compatibility mode http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/software-os/w/microsoft_os/compatibility-mode.aspx You'll get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on).

Links to the patch/drivers can be found at... http://en.community.dell.com/forums/t/19306910.aspx
