Hello, I am in dire need of help. I am a college student who has a paper to turn in on my computer that is due by Tuesday. I have been following the instructions at the following link: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-system-check I have downloaded all of the required programs to a USB drive and I am currently in safe mode. The screen is black with no icons on my desktop and all I have to work with is a Start Menu. Currently I am trapped on step 3, I don't know how to get the programs I downloaded off of the USB drive. I can't reach 'My Computer' and the normal alert I get when I plug in something new to my computer does not show up. I'm going to have to run it from the start menu, but how do I do this? What do I type in exactly? Please help, this virus came at the worst time,I hope this makes sense.

Well, I managed to run everything but I could not update malwarebytes while in safe mode. My wireless internet no longer works so malwarebytes informed me that my version is 47 days out of date. I am hoping it'll be good enough, because this is all I can do it seems.
