Computer randomly turns of when playing a game

Hi my Computer turns of randomly when i play a game called Alliance of Valiant Arms. It will just turn off at a random time. It never use to do this but now it does it alot... My computer has o viruses or spyware or anything. All clean.

Running;

Windows 7
32 Bit
4gb ram
Graphics: Nvida GeForce 9300 GE
Pc is Advent

Any other info let me know

Advent Computers seem to have a number of different models. Which one is yours?

Hi, If you mean that one moment it is running and the next it has powered off, not gone through the windows shutdown process then

Look at the heatsink on the CPU for clogging.

These would be examples of Intel CPU heatsinks being totally clogged.

That sort of clogging will cause the computer to shut off for a thermal event to prevent damaging the CPU.

Everything will completly turn off no warning or anything will open up the tower tomorrow.

have you tested other games.maybe the game is not fully compatible with your computer.try other games and see if it will shot down the computer.also try and clean up you computer.

Receipt you got when you bought it maybe? Or is there manual for it? Maybe it's indicated on the tower somewhere?
