I tried reinstalling and only the name popped up. SM Bus Controller and 2 Universal Serial bus Controller. Do I need to fix these? How do I fix these?

You need to install chipset driver.

Its custom built. Gigabyte motherboard and windows 7 64 bit

Download System Information for Windows
Double click on siw.exe to run the program.
Go File>Create Report File>HTML
Save the file to known location.
Zip the file, and attach it to your next reply.
